Ascensia partners with Voluntis to integrate Contour BGM systems with Insulia
Ascensia Diabetes Care said it is partnering with Voluntis to connect its blood glucose monitoring systems via Bluetooth with Voluntis’ Insulia basal insulin management solution.
Through the collaborative deal, Ascensia’s Contour Next One and Contour Plus One meters will be wirelessly connected to Insulia to provide users with improved insulin management, the companies said. The integration in slated to be available during the 4th quarter of this year.

Joining forces will help us simplify how people manage their blood sugars from end-to-end so they can vastly improve their quality of life,” Voluntis CEO Pierre Leurent said in a press release.
