Abiomed Inc. doled out bonuses and pay raises to its top executives after the Danvers-based cardiac device maker posted sales increases and narrower losses for fiscal 2009.
Chairman, president and CEO Michael Minogue landed a bonus of 100 percent of his $371,700 salary, according to filings with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission.
New CFO Robert Bowen, who replaced Daniel Sutherby last year, got a $30,000 bonus and a fiscal 2010 salary target of $290,000, the same as for fiscal 2009.
Andrew Greenfield, vice president of healthcare solutions, earned a $70,000 bonus and a salary target of $215,000 for the next fiscal year, up 10.5 percent over his fiscal 2009 salary of $194,555.
COO David Weber got a $100,000 bonus and a targeted salary of $275,000.
And senior vice president for regulatory and engineering William Bolt received a $110,000 bonus and a salary target of $240,000 for fiscal 2010.
