- Winner Medical replaces "Tony" with "Rocky"
Winner Medical Group Inc. (NSDQ:WWIN), a manufacturer of medical dressings, medical disposables and non-woven fabric, reported that independent director Horngjon "Tony" Shieh stepped down, citing personal reasons. The company’s board of directors appointed Xuedong "Rocky" Wu as a new independent director, effective June 1.

Joining the company are Dr. Harold Koplewicz, chairman of the board for Delcath Systems Inc.
