Former Covidien executive Gwen Bame accepts a role as vice president of corporate development for InspireMD.

Gwen Bame, former Covidien exec, joins InspireMD upper management
Israel-based  InspireMD (OTC:NSPR) hired Gwen Bame as vice president of corporate affairs.

Bame joins the device company from Covidien (NYSE:COV), where she held executive level marketing positions. Formerly, she worked in cardiology sales at Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX), where she negotiated roughly $350 million in contracted business.

New CEO at Noridian
Noridian, the Fargo, N.D.-based insurance claims contractor, named Tom McGraw as the company's 2nd CEO. McGraw joined Noridian from Amerigroup Corp., where he worked as senior VP of business development.
