Teleflex (NYSE:TFX) said it inked a 3-year agreement with Premier Inc. (NSDQ:PINC) to provide its Arrow dialysis access products to the group purchasing organization’s members.
Under the deal, Teleflex will also offer special pricing to Premier members for its Arrow Polysite low-profile hybrid port line.
“We are excited to be awarded this agreement as it not only allows hospitals access to our current dialysis portfolio, but also gives them the opportunity to access future dialysis product releases, such as the Arrow-Clark VectorFlow chronic hemodialysis catheter,” Linda Beneze, president & general manager of Teleflex’s specialty division, said in prepared remarks. “We look forward to working with Premier to promote our broad portfolio of dialysis products.”
According to its website, Premier’s roster includes approximately 110,000 healthcare providers and 3,400 U.S. hospitals.
In July, Teleflex signed an agreement to provide surgical devices at special rates to group purchasing organization Amerinet, whose membership includes more than 3,000 hospitals and 24,700 clinics.
