Boston Scientific poaches former J&J China manager
Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) nabbed its newest overseas manager from Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ), naming Warren Wang vice president and managing director for operations in Shanghai, China.
Warren spent more than 10 years at J&J China, heading the country’s operations at both Ethicon Endo-Surgery and DePuy before becoming general manager for the healthcare giant’s China orthopedics group.
"With his passion for workforce development, deep knowledge of the China market, strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen, Warren is well-positioned to lead our team as it strives to achieve accelerated growth and further market expansion in China," Boston Scientific executive VP and Asia-Pacific president Supratim Bose said in prepared remarks.

OmniGuide’s new chief tech officer comes from Covidien
Cambridge, Mass.-based OmniGuide named Tracy Campbell Accardi its new chief technology officer, taking her from her role as president of global R&D for vascular therapies for cross-town rival Covidien (NYSE:COV).
Accardi’s 20 years of industry experience also include stints Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare (NYSE:GE) and Philips (NYSE:PHG).
