Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE:BSX) and Bladder Health Network are no longer seeing other people.
The companies, which signed a co-marketing deal in September 2009, made their relationship exclusive with a four-year deal that will see the Natick, Mass.-based medical devices monolith bring BHN’s urinary incontinence-testing products to market.
Jackson, Miss.-based BHN makes equipment to measure urinary system function and efficiency in women. The co-marketing deal inked last year called for Boston Scientific to begin selling BHN’s female urinary incontinence diagnostic tool to healthcare providers in the U.S.
Under the terms of the new deal, BSX will be the exclusive marketer of BHN’s female urodynamic testing solutions in the U.S. The system measures the amount of pressure experienced by the bladder and urethra in order to evaluate the function and efficiency of the urinary system, according to a press release.
