The Danish ultrasound equipment and accessories maker will supply MedAssets' 1,700 members with its products.
BK Medical Systems, Analogic Corp.'s (NYSE:ALOG) Danish ultrasound subsidiary, announced that it has inked a three-year supply deal with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems, a group purchasing provider for 1,700 health care providers.
Terms of the deal were not announced. BK, which houses its U.S. operations in Peabody, made up more than 21 percent of Analogic's total sales in 2009, according toregulatory filings.
BK Medical pulled in about $83 million in sales for the year, making it the company's top-grossing subsidiary. In June, BK inked a similar deal with Amerinet Inc.
