Video from House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Oversight hearing on the IRS implications of the new healthcare law Tuesday.

Rep. Erik Paulsen (R-MN), Acting Chairman of the Subcommittee on Human Resources, questions Steven Miller, the IRS Deputy Commissioner for Services and Enforcement on how the agency intends to handle the 2.3% excise tax on medical devices, set to go into effect in January of next year.

The questioning yielded few answers. However, Miller said the regulations were "close" to being completed.
