Cell Signaling Technology buys Dutch distributor

Cell Signaling Technology Inc. acquired its Dutch distributor, Bioké B.V., for an undisclosed amount.

The Danvers-based biomedical research products distributor said the deal expands its reach into the European market; renamed Cell Signaling Technology Europe B.V., the acquisition will become CST’s European HQ and begin fulfilling orders Jan. 1, 2010.
