The Dublin, Ohio-based company said it will search for internal and external candidates to assume the CFO role after Henderson’s departure, slated for June 2015.

In addition, he has also successfully led several Cardinal Health businesses, including most recently, our rapidly growing business in China. Ex-ArthroCare CFO is new Apollo Endosurgery CEO
Apollo Endosurgery said it hired the former CFO of ArthroCare, Todd Newton, to be its new CEO effective July 1. CEO & founder Dennis McWilliams will become president & COO, reporting to Newton, Apollo said.
Hansen Medical CFO is out, ex-interim CEO steps in
Hansen Medical (NSDQ:HNSN) said it named Christopher Lowe to be its interim CFO yesterday after the departure of Peter Mariani. Lowe was interim CEO until May, when Hansen named Cary Vance to replace the ousted Bruce Barclay in the corner office.
