Note to self: Take gurney from pocket before entering MRI suite

Something clearly went wrong in this magnetic resonance imaging suite.
We're not sure where the folks over at Fail Blog managed to find this gem, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to share it.
Hopefully, there wasn't a patient lying in that hospital bed when the machine malfunctioned.
